- Cut squid into ½ cm thick rings. In a bowl, combine, eggs, milk garlic and pepper. Dip squid rings in egg mixture, drain off excess, and then toss in the maggi Secretes Coating Mix. Deep fry rings in preheated 190°C hot oil for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with lemon or tartar sauce.
