Preparation

  • Remove the bones from the fish, salt and pepper the flesh side.
  • Preheat the skillet over high heat and add the olive oil.
  • Put your salmon fillet in the pan skin side down for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Then lower the heat (medium) and cover until the fish is translucent, this will depend on the thickness of your salmon steak, count between 5 and 10 minutes.
  • There you are, your salmon fillet is ready !
