Ingredients

Number of serving: 2
Dried mackerels - 5 nos

Turmeric - 2 inch

Cumin - 1 tsp

Ginger - 2"

Garlic - 1 pod

Kashmiri mirch - 10

Vinegar - half bottle

Preparation

  • Clean the fish and wipe it with a cloth. Cut it into small pieces.
  • Ground the rest of the ingredients with vinegar and make a fine paste.
  • Soak the fish in this paste. Tie the mouth of the jar with a cloth to keep it tight.
  • Serves as a good side dish with khichdi or dal rice.
