Julia child's mustard marinade with pork loin chops

Ingredients

• 2 cloves garlic, minced or grated
• 1/2 tsp kosher salt
• 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
• 1/2 tsp dried thyme
• 1/2 tsp dried oregano
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 20 oz thin cut pork loin chops or lean thin cut boneless pork chops
• non-stick cooking spray
