Sweet & Sticky Pork Loin Chops is a quick and tasty recipe.


Number of serving: 2
4 tablespoons Tomato Sauce (Ketchup)

4 tablespoons Honey

2 tablespoons Ketchap Manis (Sweet Soy Sauce)

2 tablespoons Onions, finely chopped

1 tablespoons Soy Sauce

4-6 cloves Garlic, crushed (or equivalent in dried garlic flakes)

Pepper to taste

500 gm Pork Loin ChopsOil for frying


  • Mix all the ingredients together in an ovenproof glass dish.
  • Add the pork loin chops and turn them to coat well. Cover, and allow to marinade for a few hours or overnight (in the fridge).
  • Then remove chops from marinade, shake off excess and lightly pan fry them in oil on both sides until brown (around 10 minutes).
  • Remove from the oil, place back in the marinade (turning to coat well), cover and place in the oven at 190?C/375?F/Gas Mark 5 to bake for 30 minutes.
  • Halfway through cooking, turn the chops over and baste them with the marinade to keep them succulent and well flavoured.
