Lamb/Mutton 500 g

3 Greenchillies Slit

Onions 3 Medium Thinly Sliced.

Curd 1 Cup

Butter/Ghee 1 stick

Cilantro-1/2 Cup chopped

Ginger-garlic Paste 1 tablespoon

Cumin seeds-Roasted and Powdered 1 tablespoon

Salt-To Taste

Garam Masala powder 1/4 teaspoon

coriander Powder 1 tablespoon

Fennel seed powder 1 teaspoon

Preparation

  • In a bowl Mix Curd,Ginger-Garlic paste and Salt.
  • Take a Pan add butter as soon as butter melts Time to add all the ingredients mentioned above one after another Let it fry for 5 minutes on medium heat .
  • Cover with tight lid or can wrap the lid with aluminum foil as well cook for 45 minutes then time to Put in the oven for another 1 hour at 350F.
