Ingredients

200 g
pork
, cut in bite sized pieces
50 g
liver
, finely chopped
3
cloves
garlic, chopped
1 small white
onion
1 whole pickles, finely chopped
6 tbsp
soy sauce
2/3 cup water
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp sake
4 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
a pinch of salt
Preparation
In a bowl combine soysauce, water, vinegar, sugar, sake and pepper. Set Aside2. In a medium heat, saute garlic and onion. Add pork, liver, soy sauce mixture and pickles. Let it simmer until pork is tender. Serve hot with steamed rice.
