Ingredients

• 400 g ground pork
• 100 g pork liver, chopped
• 4 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 2 potatoes peeled and cut into bite size pieces
• 2 carrots, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
• 1 bell pepper, remove the seeds and chopped
• 1 big tomato chopped
• 1 can tomato sauce
• 1/2 cup cheese
• 8 tablespoons soy sauce
• salt and pepper
• 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

• Saute garlic and onion, then add tomatoes, stir.
• Add ground pork, let it simmer until pork is tender.
• Add potatoes, carrots and pork liver stir, simmer until halfway cooked.
• Add tomato sauce and bell pepper, cheese ,salt and pepper bring to boil until pork and veggies are cooked.
• Serve with boiled eggs and rice, we used quail eggs.
