- Marinate the prawns in salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder for few minutes, meanwhile grind the ingredients given in the list 'To grind' as fine paste with enough water.
- Cook the marinated prawns, until they get cooked and the water from prawns get disappears.
- Heat enough oil in a pan and saute the onions,curry leaves until they turns transparent, add the grounded paste and cook well in medium flame, add the cooked prawns to the cooking paste and veggies.
- Cook until the water from the veggies get completely disappears but i didnt cooked until the water get disappears as we love to have our prawn curry slightly with gravy.
- Serve hot with rice.
