Ingredients

• Eggs - 3 nos
• Spam lite - 1/3 can (finely diced)
• Water - 230 ml
• Spring onion - 1 stalk (diced)
• Fried Shallot w/oil

Seasoning:

• 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon Vetsin
• 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
• 1 teaspoon Chinese wine
• Pepper

Preparation

• Lightly beaten eggs, add in water and seasoning. Mix well.
• Stir in spam lite.
• Bring steamer to boil. Steam at medium flame for 15 minutes or till eggs set.
• Garnish with spring onion and shallot oil. Serve.
