Sweet chicken satay (sate ayam bumbu manis)

Ingredients

• 1 kg boneless skinless chicken thigh, cut into small cubes
• 10 cloves of garlic
• 6 cloves of shallot
• 6 candle nuts
• 4 cm of galangal
• 1 block of palm sugar, grate it
• 1 lime, use the juice only
• 2 tablespoons of ground coriander
• 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
• 1 tablespoons of ground black pepper
• 6 tablespoons of fine-granulated brown sugar
• 100 ml sweet soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
• 6 tablespoons of fish sauce
