Ingredients

• 400 g water spinach
• 100 g prawns/ beef strips
• 14 - 16 boiled quail eggs
• 5 champignons
• 1 tbs oil
• 1 tbs minced garlic
• 2 tbs fish sauce
• 2 tbs cooking wine
• 1 - 2 tbs chili bean paste
• 1 tbs sambal oelek
• 1 tbs oyster sauce
