- Heat the oil in wok.
- Add in the minced garlic, stir and followed by prawns, cooking wine and fish sauce.
- When the prawns change colour, add the water spinach, chili bean paste, sambal oelek and oyster sauce.
- Serve your water spinach with hot piping rice!
