Weekend Herb Blogging - Black Beans Pork Rib Soup
Preparation

Put a small pot of water to boil

Scald the pork ribs in the boiling water and leave to cook for about 5 minutes.

This is to remove the foul taste of the meat.

In a medium sized pot, fill up the pot with water to the halfway mark. Put to boil.

Add in black beans and leave to cook on low heat for 30 minutes.

Add in pork ribs and let simmer for 1 hour. (Add hot water, if necessary, to just cover the ribs and beans.)

Serve hot.
