Ingredients

Number of serving: 2
75 g White lotus seeds

38 g Huai shan

1 dried octopus

2 candied dates

300 g pork ribs

4 slices ginger

Salt to taste

Preparation

  • Rinse ribs and scaled it in boiling water for 3 minutes. Peel dried octopus. Soak it in warm water for 20 minutes.
  • Rinse all remaining ingredients. Soak lotus seeds and huai shan in water for 30 minutes.
  • Put all ingredients into a pot. Add water and bring to the boil. Reduce to low heat and cook for 2 hours. Season with salt.
  • Serve.
