Very Easy




  • Let Butter sit at room temperature until soft.
  • Mix Butter, Shortening and Sugar together and beat with your mixer until fluffy in appearance.
  • Add Eggs, one at a time, while beating on low speed.
  • Add Flour in 1/2 cup stages with the addition of 7- up in between.
  • Incorporate all ingredients evenly.
  • Pour Batter in prepared loaf pan, and bake at 325° F. for 80 Minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle is removed clean.
