Badam (Almonds) - 15

Saunf (Fennel Seeds) - 1.5 teaspoon

Shahad (Honey) - 4 tbsps (reduce or increase per your liking)

Milk - 2 cups

Malai (Whipped Cream) Optional


  • Soak badam in hot water for about an hour and peel them before blending.
  • Grind badam and saunf first in a grinder with just little milk nicely.
  • Then add everything else and blend them till nice and rich and frothy.
  • Garnish it with some malai (whipped cream) if you like.
  • Serve it anytime of the day without any guilt on a hot summer day.
