Preparation
- Soak badam in hot water for about an hour and peel them before blending.
- Grind badam and saunf first in a grinder with just little milk nicely.
- Then add everything else and blend them till nice and rich and frothy.
- Garnish it with some malai (whipped cream) if you like.
- Serve it anytime of the day without any guilt on a hot summer day.
