Ingredients :

2 fillets of Salmon Fish

3 tbsp. of mustard sauce (if not available in hand ,can use dijon mustard)

¼ cup of vinegar

1 tsp ground black pepper

½ cup Fresh cream

1 tbsp. Ginger and Garlic paste

1/2 tsp garam masala powder

Salt to taste

2 tbsp onions, finely chopped

Preparation

  • Preparation

    Brush salmon pieces with garlic and garlic paste, salt, and black peppers.In a large bowl, add all the rest of the ingredients with vinegar and mix well .Slide in the salmon fish ,keep it marinated for 15 minutes in refrigerator .Wrap the fish in a aluminium foil and place it on a oven dish.Preheat oven at 350 degrees F., bake the salmon for 30 minutes.Then take it out , remove foil and again put it back in the oven ,bake for another 10 minutes,till it turns brown on the outside.Serve it on a plate.Garnish with lemon wedges .
