Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line 9x9 square pan with foil.
Whisk together butter, Nutella, sugar, and eggs in large bowl. Mix well. Add in flour and cocoa powder and mix until well combined.
Pour brownie batter into prepared pan. Mix all ingredients with an electric mixer. Pour over brownie layer.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until cheesecake looks set. Make sure to cool completely before cutting into squares.
