- Crust:
Crush graham crackers until they resemble fine crumbs and mix with 4 teaspoons. sugar. Melt butter and combine with crust ingredients. Press down into parchment-lined 13×9 inch pan
Bake for 10 minutes. - Cheesecake:
Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add sour cream and peanut butter; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Bake 45 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. - Fluff Stuff:
In a small bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat fluff with butter or margarine and confectioners’ sugar
Spread over cooled cheesecake and serve.
