Preparation
- Dry Roast all the above ingredients.
- Add 1 table spoon of oil each to Dhaniya and Chillies while Roasting them.
- Ensure that the ingredients are not browned but it should be less than golden brown in colour.
- Put them all together and make it a fine powder.
- If in India you can get this powdered in the flour Mill else use Coffee grinder.
- Mixer Grinder can be used to powder however it does not make a fine powder.
