Chocolate, cherry and hazelnut balls

- 150 g vegan plain biscuits

- 200 g cherry jam or cherry preserve

- 30 g coconut oil

- 40 g pure cocoa butter

- 200 g fairtrade dark chocolate

- 100 ml GMO-free vegetable cream

- 100 g almond butter

- 1-2 tablespoons hazelnut butter

- 2 handfuls of shelled hazelnuts


Step 1

In a bowl, mix well all the ingredients except the hazelnuts.

Step 2

Transfer into the fridge or freezer until set.

Step 3

Roll into balls and roll them in the chopped hazelnuts.

Step 4

Chill again until ready to serve.
