You should start by preparing the set-up for doing this recipe. On a large plate, put all the bread. Then, on a separate and smaller plate, add the eggs and mix them.
On another plate, add the sugar and the cinnamon. And finally, on another large plate, put some cooking paper to absorb the oil from the frying.
Then, add the vegetable oil on a frying pan on a low fire. Then, you are ready to start the recipe.
So the process will be: soak the bread slice on the egg mix; put it on the frying pan for some moments, turning it so both sides can fry; then remove the bread slice and let it dry on the plate with the paper; then, put the bread slice on the plate with the sugar and cinnamon so it gets fully covered with this mix; finally, put the bread on the final plate where it will be served.
Repeat this process with all the bread slices. At the end, you will have a final plate full of fried bread slices, covered with sugar and cinnamon.
To finish the recipe, boil some water on a separate pan. When it is boiling, add some sugar and 1/3 of the sugar quantity in cinnamon. Let it boil for some minutes and at the end let it cool for 1-2 minutes. Then, you can pour this sauce over the plate with the bread slices.
