Hot grapefruit tea

Ingredients:

- 1 cup ruby red grapefruit juice
- 1 inch vanilla bean
- 2 peppercorns
- Honey

Preparation:

Step 1:

Place all the ingredients except the honey in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Step 2:

Discard the vanilla and peppercorns. Taste and sweeten with honey, if you wish.

Step 3:

Serve warm.
