How to make homemade butter ?

If you want to bake a cake, or spread some butter on a toast, but there is no grocery store open, here is a way to make your own at home!

Preparation
- Put the cold cream in a bowl and whisk it, as if you were doing whipped cream.
- After a while (15 minutes), the cream will start to form clots and leave a liquid.
- Strain this mix to take the liquid out, then whisk it again to take some liquid out of it again.
- Take the butter, put it in a clean cloth, and press it to take the most of the water out.
- There you are, your homemade butter is ready, eat it within 48 hours !
