Ingredients

• 10 mandarin
• 500 ml alcohol
• 500 gr sugar
• 750 ml water

Preparation

• Peel the mandarins
  place the peel of the mandarin in a bowl
  add the sugar
  liqueur and water in it
  shake good till the sugar is melted
  leave it for 10 days in a dark place
