Homemade baileys irish cream liqueur
You probably know the famous Baileys: the liqueur made from Irish whiskey and cream. Today, we offer you a homemade version, and you'll see that it's super simple and quick ;-) Thanks to your blender, the ingredients will be mixed in no time. Just keep in mind the resting time, which will be a bit longer. Enjoy it during an aperitif or at the end of a meal as a digestif, but remember to consume this drink in moderation ;-)

- Whiskey glass
Preparation
In a blender, pour the sweetened condensed milk, the cream, and the whiskey.
Add the vanilla, the melted chocolate, and the coffee extract.
Mix everything well, strain the mixture, bottle it, and store it in the fridge.
And there you have it, your homemade Baileys is ready!
Observations
Storage: 15 days in the fridge
Coffee extract: Feel free to double the amount if you love the coffee flavor.
