Preparation

Grease and line a 20cm (8-inch) baking tin. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.

Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add in eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.

Fold in sifted flour and baking powder to form a batter.

Reserve 200 g batter mix with milo powder to form milo batter.

Spread batters alternately into prepared tin.

Bake for 40 minutes or until cooked.
