- Grease and line a 20cm (8-inch) baking tin. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
- Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
- Fold in sifted flour and baking powder to form a batter.
- Reserve 200 g batter mix with milo powder to form milo batter.
- Spread batters alternately into prepared tin.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until cooked.
