2 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/3 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
300 ml + 2 tablespoons Water
300 ml Unsweetened Soy Milk or Low Fat Milk

Combine all the ingredients and whisk until the batter is free of lumps. Strain the batter.
Fill the mold with some batter and make a few swirl around the pan.
When the batter is set, flip over and cook the other side of the the pancake.
Then fold them in any shape of your choice. Serve immediately.
