An accompaniment that is suitable to all kinds of stews or eat like that.


Number of serving: 4
300 g All Purpose Flour

3 Large Eggs, lightly beaten

2 teaspoon Vegetable Oil

1 teaspoon Sea Salt

1/3 teaspoon Ground Turmeric

300 ml + 2 tablespoons Water

300 ml Unsweetened Soy Milk or Low Fat Milk


  • Combine all the ingredients and whisk until the batter is free of lumps. Strain the batter.
  • Fill the mold with some batter and make a few swirl around the pan.
  • When the batter is set, flip over and cook the other side of the the pancake.
  • Then fold them in any shape of your choice. Serve immediately.
