Lamb/Mutton Mince 500 g

Egg 1

Gramflour 2 tablespoons


Green Chillies 1

Red Chili Powder1 teaspoon

Ginger 1 teaspoon

Garam Masala 3 teaspoons

Garlic, Minced 1 teaspoon

Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon

Salt

Lemon Wedges

Chaat Masala 1 teaspoon

Lamb/Mutton Mince 500 g

Egg 1

Gramflour 2 Tablespoons

Onion 1

Green Chillies 1

-Red Chili Powder 1 teaspoon

Ginger 1 teaspoon

Garam Masala 3 teaspoons

-Garlic 1 teaspoon

-Lemon Juice

-1 teaspoonSalt

For Garnish

Lemon Wedges

Chaat Masala 1 teaspoon

Preparation

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix and knead well.
  • Rest for 2hours.
  • Divide the mixture equally into balls.Wet hands and Skewer each ball and make a 2 inch long kabab shaped like a cigar.
  • Put the skewers either in the tandoor or the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes.
  • Take the skewers out and baste them with some oil. Put it back into the tandoor or on the grill. Cook for 6-7 more minutes. Repeat till Kababs are cooked.
  • When done, remove the kababs from the skewers gently.
  • Serve hot on a platter sprinkled with some chaat masala and lemon wedges on the side.
