Preparation
- Put your peanuts in a blender.
- Blend for 3 minutes until smooth.
- Leave to cool down and pour in a sterile container. There you are ! Peanut butter is ready !
Observations
You can keep it for 1 month.
You can add sugar if you want.
You can make toasted peanut butter : bake your peanuts for 10 minutes at 390°F (200°C). Blend until smooth.
