For an extra comfort dinner, make this African Peanut soup !

The broth :
Preparation
Chop the onion, the garlic cloves and the fresh ginger. Remove the whites from the Swiss chards and cut them into strips.
The broth : Put the water and the stock cube in a pot. Add the onion, garlic, salt and ginger and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.
Blend the peanuts to make a peanut butter and mix it with tomato paste. Add a ladle of broth and mix well. Add this paste to the broth and stir.
Add the second part of water and mix well. Then, add the Swiss chards and the sriracha sauce and mix well. Cook 15 min at low - medium heat and stir once in a while.
Your African Peanut soup is ready ! This soup is verry thick so you can also eat it with some rice ;-) Sprinkle some peanuts on top and there you are !
