Super comforting peanut satay sauce
With its creamy coconut milk, comforting peanut butter, and that little hint of red curry that wakes you up, this peanut satay sauce is a real hug for your Asian dishes :) Add a hint of lime for freshness, a little honey for sweetness and a touch of soy sauce for balance. The result? A perfect sauce to accompany kebabs, rice or even just to dip vegetables in!

Preparation
- Place the oil, peanut butter, red curry paste, coconut milk, lime juice, honey, soy sauce and crushed garlic in a saucepan.
- Stir to combine.
- Place the pan on a hob at medium temperature and wait for the mixture to boil.
- Stir and remove from heat when sauce has thickened.
- All set!

You can make beef satay or chicken satay, for example! Pair it with the animal or vegetable protein of your choice! You can also add it to steamed vegetables, which are delicious with rice.
