3 ingredients only biscoff speculaas cookies

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 6 oz speculaas spread
• 1 cup flour

To decorate :

• 2 oz melted speculaas spread

Preparation

• Combine eggs and speculaas spread. Add flour and mix well. Preheat your oven to 340°F.
• Take one tablespoon of dough and form a ball. Put all the balls on a parchment paper on a baking tray.
  
• Use a spoon and crush the balls. Bake for 10 minutes at 340°F (170°C).
• Remove from oven. Microwave the speculaas spread to melt it. press the cookies with a teaspoon and pour the melted speculaas spread in the holes. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
