Known as "chevilles de gazelle" in Arabic, these delightful pastries flavored with cinnamon and orange blossom are perfect with a cup of mint tea. :) There are various recipes for gazelle horns: some are thinner, some thicker, Moroccan or Algerian... We present one here, but feel free to share yours with us!

Observations

Variations: If working with the dough seems too complicated, you can substitute it with sesame seeds. Roll each almond filling sausage in sesame seeds and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
