Avocado toast with poached egg - toast avocat et oeuf poché
For a savory breakfast, brunch, or appetizer, avocado toasts are always a great idea ;-) Easy and quick to make, make them even more irresistible by adding a poached egg on top! However, beware! As soon as you finish your slice, you'll want to devour another one right away! You've been warned...

Mash the 1/2 avocado in a bowl with olive oil and a pinch of salt using a fork.
Crack an egg into a bowl and set aside.
Boil water in a pan with a dash of vinegar.
In the simmering water, create a whirlpool with a fork and gently pour in the egg. Cook for 4 minutes, then drain and set aside.
Toast the slice of bread. Spread the avocado mash on top and place the poached egg on it.
Finish by sprinkling some sesame seeds on top. Cut the poached egg in half; the yolk should be runny.
