- Cake :
Crush the avocado and mix it with the melted chocolate. - Add sugar + eggs + vanilla extract and mix. Add flour + cocoa powder + baking powder + salt. Mix well.
- Add chocolate chunks and mix. Pour the batter in a greased mold. Bake for 20 min at 365°F (185°C). Remove from oven and leave to cool down.
- Frosting :
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
- Spread it on top of the cold cake.
- There you are! Your avocado and chocolate cake is ready !
