Codfish fritters - video recipe !
Travel all the way to Portugal, baking these delicious cod fish balls !

Preparation
Cook the cod in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Cook the potatoes 40 minutes in boiling water (or until the potatoes are cooked).
Once cold, mash the potatoes and add the eggs, the chopped parsley, the minced garlic clove and mix well.
Then, shred the cold cooked fish and take the bones out. Add it to the mashed potatoes with the flour and mix well.
Take one table sppon of the mix, and form a long ball using your hands. You can put a little bit of oil on your hands first.
Fry these balls in hot frying oil, and cook all sides to golden.
There you are, your Portuguese cod fish balls are ready !
