Travel all the way to Portugal, baking these delicious cod fish balls !

- Cook the cod in boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Cook the potatoes 40 minutes in boiling water (or until the potatoes are cooked).
- Once cold, mash the potatoes and add the eggs, the chopped parsley, the minced garlic clove and mix well.
- Then, shred the cold cooked fish and take the bones out. Add it to the mashed potatoes with the flour and mix well.
- Take one table sppon of the mix, and form a long ball using your hands. You can put a little bit of oil on your hands first.
- Fry these balls in hot frying oil, and cook all sides to golden.
- There you are, your Portuguese cod fish balls are ready !
