1 cup cottage cheese (paneer), cut into small slices

1 tomato chopped

1 cucumber chopped

1 onion chopped

1-2 chillies

1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder

1 teaspoon lime juice

Salt to taste

chopped coriander leaves


  • On a frying pan roast the sliced cottage cheese pieces till light brown (around 2-3 minutes).
  • Take a bowl, mix tomatoes, cucumber, green chillies and cottage cheese.
  • Add lime juice, black pepper and salt according to taste.
  • Before serving, garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
