Preparation
- On a frying pan roast the sliced cottage cheese pieces till light brown (around 2-3 minutes).
- Take a bowl, mix tomatoes, cucumber, green chillies and cottage cheese.
- Add lime juice, black pepper and salt according to taste.
- Before serving, garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
