#1553 - Chili Cheese Eggs
(by Shirley McNevich) 6 hard boiled eggs (cooled and peeled) 1/4 cup Cheez Whiz 2 TBSP finely chopped green chili peppers (washed) dash of salt paprika for sprinkling Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. In a bowl add egg yolks--crush with a fork. Add Cheez Whiz, chopped chili peppers, and salt to the crushed egg yolks--stir to mix. Fill the empty egg whites with the cheese mixture (just like deviled eggs). Sprinkle the tops with paprika. Refrigerate until cold. related searches : Chili
