A Thoughtful Package
Hello lovelies! I?m not feeling my best tonight so I?m gonna keep this short and sweet. I think I spent WAY too much time working out in the sun yesterday and although I did drink water, I don?t think it was nearly enough. I also realized today that I had very little protein yesterday. Talk about asking a lot from my body, eh? I swear I never learn! I couldn?t stomach the thought of something hot and heavy in my belly for breakfast so I ate a nice refreshing bowl of Wildroots cereal: Time: 45 minutes For lunch I brought the rest of the mushroom ragu from last night?s dinner and stuffed it into a WW pita: I came home to find a FANTASTIC, unexpected package in the mail. Erica sent me some treats that she knows I have trouble getting here in Canada. I love that girl!! Check it out! What a great stash, eh? <3 My hubby is on vacation this week and has been busy working on our bathroom. The first coat of paint is on and he?s just waiting for it to dry so he can apply a second coat. I?m really happy with the colour so far. Pictures to come! Seeing as he?s been a busy bee, we ordered Chinese for dinner. I kept it light so as not to fill my tummy too much with some sticky rice, chicken & veg and shrimp lo mein: Then I enjoyed a mitt full of powerberries! :) I?m bailing on Pilates tonight. I really don?t like to do that but I think my body really just needs a rest. My MIL gave me some more hostas for the garden I worked so hard on yesterday so I think I?ll plant those once the area is in the shade. Then it?ll be time for The Biggest Loser finale!!
