How to cook a soft-boiled egg?

For a simple, effective, and especially nostalgic dinner, we love making soft-boiled eggs. And in addition to fresh bread sticks, we make sweet potato fries to dip in! In short, we can assure you that you will enjoy it ;-)

- Peel the sweet potato and cut it into sticks.
- Mix them with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake everything for 30 minutes at 350°F/180°C.
- 5 minutes before the sweet potatoes are done, cook the eggs for 3 minutes in a pot of boiling water.
- Once cooked, place them directly in a bowl of cold water to stop the cooking.
Remove the top and serve them with the sweet potato fries instead of bread sticks ;-)
