Deviled eggs, 4 ways
An easy recipe to make deviled eggs with 4 different flavors.

- Cook your eggs 10 minutes in boiling water to make hard-boiled eggs. Leave to cool down, and peel them. Slice them in half, and take all the yolks out. Put one aside.
- To the seven yolks, add the mayonnaise, and mix with a fork, to have a homogeneous mix.
- Take one tablespoon of this mix, and add the chopped chives. Stir, and using a piping bag, fill 4 half whites with it.
- Grate the yolk that you kept on it, to make a mimosa effect.
- Take another tablespoon of the mayonnaise/yolk mix, and add the avocat. Mix with a fork to combine well.
- Fill 4 half whites with this mix.
- Take another tablespoon of the mayonnaise/yolk mix, and add the tuna. Mix with a fork to combine well. Fill 4 half whites with this mix.
- Add some paprika to the remaining mayonnaise mix, and fill the half whites left. Sprinkle with some paprika.
- There you are, your deviled eggs are ready!
