An easy recipe to make deviled eggs with 4 different flavors.

Ingredients

3 Tbsp mayonnaise

4 chives sprigs


1 oz canned tuna

1 tsp paprika

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Deviled eggs, 4 waysCook your eggs 10 minutes in boiling water to make hard-boiled eggs. Leave to cool down, and peel them. Slice them in half, and take all the yolks out. Put one aside.
  • Step 2 - Deviled eggs, 4 waysTo the seven yolks, add the mayonnaise, and mix with a fork, to have a homogeneous mix.
  • Step 3 - Deviled eggs, 4 waysTake one tablespoon of this mix, and add the chopped chives. Stir, and using a piping bag, fill 4 half whites with it.
  • Step 4 - Deviled eggs, 4 waysGrate the yolk that you kept on it, to make a mimosa effect.
  • Step 5 - Deviled eggs, 4 waysTake another tablespoon of the mayonnaise/yolk mix, and add the avocat. Mix with a fork to combine well.
  • Step 6 - Deviled eggs, 4 waysFill 4 half whites with this mix.
  • Step 7 - Deviled eggs, 4 waysTake another tablespoon of the mayonnaise/yolk mix, and add the tuna. Mix with a fork to combine well. Fill 4 half whites with this mix.
  • Step 8 - Deviled eggs, 4 waysAdd some paprika to the remaining mayonnaise mix, and fill the half whites left. Sprinkle with some paprika.
  • Step 9 - Deviled eggs, 4 waysThere you are, your deviled eggs are ready!
