To commemorate my first month of food blogging, I have entered my first recipe competition by submitting my Mushroom & Cabbage Brown Rice Congee recipe to February's "Battle Mushrooms" which is part of the Beet n' Squash competition hosted by Melody of Gourmet Fury and Leela of She Simmers to promote vegetables.
