Some Unique Gifts in a Jar recipes I found where:

Bathsalts In a Jar.

Ingredients:

1/2c Epson Salt

1/4c Baking Soda

1/2c  Sea Salt 9 or Dead Sea Salt

Essential Oils ( I found some at a local drug store, and am sure you can find them at a craft store as well)

Coloring ( some say you can use food coloring, but I worry about dying of the bath tub, But you can get dye for making soaps at local craft stores which will Not dye your tub)

Simply Stir and put in jars with lid, and then decorate with Ribbon.

Your Coloring and Smell, will be up to you.  Some Nice combinations
