I like this background much much better! Anyway, part of the Japanese supermarket expedition also saw a slab of beef brisket. I bought it and then was clueless on what to do with it, could have done a Chinese or Japanese styled stew. But since I had lots of tinned tomatoes and a hunk of parmesan hanging around, beef ragu it is. I only wished I had summoned more strength today to get my hands on
