Beetroot Stuffed Paratha

Ingredients :



Wheat : 2 cups



Ghee :2tbsp



Oil : 2 tbsp



Salt to taste



For stuffing-



Finely grated beetroot : 1 cup



Green chilly :1



Preparation :



In a large bowl,mix together the wheat flour with 2 tbsp of oil..Add water to this and knead well to make a fine smooth dough..Make small balls out of this dough..Now grind the beetroot along with the green chilly in to a semi fine paste and fry it on medium heat...Once it is cooked,place this in the centre of the rolled out patty and then seal the edges..Roll the paratha again...Now heat a pan on medium heat and add the ghee or oil..Once heated up fry the parathas till they become golden brown..Flip over the other side as well..The parathas are ready...
