Breakfast Cookie Experience

Last night I attempted making my first ever BREAKFAST COOKIE!! I got my inspiration from Mama'sWeeds. Check her out!

Here's my cookie in the refrigerator after combining the ingredients (I used a few different things from the original recipe).



Mine had applesauce instead of banana and sunflower-seed butter (I'm all out of almond). I also used Vanilla Almond Breeze instead of chocolate. Oh, and I sprinkled cinnamon on top.




This morning I transferred it to my portable Pyrex bowl.











It got a little bent on the side because my bowl wasn't quite big enough but made it in safely to the office. I put frozen (and thawed) berries on top and had a kiwi, an orange and coffee on the side. (Hi RFC!)







Overall I was TOTALLY satisfied. It tasted like a moist oatmeal cookie. I think I'll add raisins next time!
