Cincalok fried eggs
Fermented Dry Shrimp paste. The smell is nice and shrimpy and salty after it is cooked but smells really awful before you cook it.
Ingredients
Number of serving: 2
Preparation
- Beat up eggs, mix with spring onions
Add 2 dash pepper, add sugar - Add garlic & cincalok on pan, fry for 10 seconds
Pour in the Eggs (with mixture of spring onions) - Fry for another 5-10 mins
