Palak pakoda is one of those goodies. This is a very easy snack that tastes so great.

- Mix together all the ingredients except oil to make a thick paste. Don't add too much water. Keep aside.
- Pour oil in a pan and when it is hot take small portions of the batter and drop carefully into the hot oil.
- Deep fry until they turn into golden brown in color. Then transfer them into a plate lined with paper towel to remove excess oil.
- Repeat the same process with rest of the batter. Transfer all the deep fried pakodas into a serving plate and enjoy with desired sauce or dip.
