Capsicum with Aloo Fry
Ingredients:Capsicum/Bell pepper 3 Potato 2 Green chili 1 Sea sum Powder 1 tbsp Ground Nut Powder 1 tbsp Chili powder 2 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Mustard,Channa dal,urad dal ,jeera each 1 tsp Salt Oil 1 tbsp Method: Chopped Capsicum and Potato into cube size pieces and keep aside See how color full white, yellow and orange ![]() Heat oil in a non stick skillet, on medium high add mustard , Channa, urad dal ,jeeraWhen mustard are dancing add Capsicum,Potato , green chili with little bit salt cook for 5 min Now reduce the heat to low, stir in the chili powder, coriander powder, salt until veggies are cooked Then finely add sea sum and ground nut powder Serve hot as side dish with any rice item.Serving size:4 to 5 Peoplerelated searches : Capsicum
